This is a beautiful one bedrom apartment, located in the heart of Marais district, on the calm street just 300m from Place des Vosgues. The closest metro - St Paul or Bastille.

The apartment is also 2 min walk from St Paul and Bastille,
the neighborhood is wonderful: loads of cinemas, good and inexpensive restaurants, friendly cafés, art galleries; and within minutes on foot to Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame, le Quartier Latin, major department stores,and Pompidou Centre.

An ideal location for one to two people planning to spend the vacations in Paris over summer.

The apartment is 32 m2, sleeping bedroom is separated from the living room, located on the first floor, and has the view on the street, and on the backyard.

The apartment is bright and sunny, and comes fully equipped with amenities such as television, Wi-Fi Internet, microwave oven, stove/cooker, washing machine, and refrigerator-freezer. The living room also has a sofa which can sleep one person.

Renting period - 26th July - 26th of August (can be extended to the beginning of Sep if needed)
