Paris for 10 Days

FAMILY VACATION JUNE 24TH - JULY 4TH:
OK. So we've got the Paris Pass, arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel in the Left Bank area, etc, etc.....
I'm assuming there's enough ATM's around so getting cash shouldn't be a problem. We'll be carrying about 150 Euro until then. We'll be landing in the morning at CDG around 8:45 or so. My wife and 8yr old son will probably be tired so I'm hoping to get a room earlier than the scheduled 3PM check-in time. If not, can anyone suggest some relaxing activities. Oh, also, I'm a chocoholic so I need at least 3 - 5 suggestions for "mindblowing" chocolate. 10 days should be plenty of time to "indulge". Thanks for any input.............
