The Building is a luxurious Bourgeois Building with live-in concierge. Apartment is roughly 80m2. A bit more. Marble entrance hall in building and in apartment. Wonderful views of the coastline on your far right, all the way to the Nice Airport and Cap Ferrat, and the Château de Napoléon on the left. Florida Beach is just across the road. There is a possibility of renting parking, either in building or close by.



Apartment description:

DOUBLE LIVING/DINING ROOM with Versailles wooden floors and 4 panels floor to ceiling picture window, and balcony, plunges onto the Mediterranean. See pictures. BEDROOM with double Art Nouveau brass bed, and whole wall Italian floor to ceiling mirrored doors armoire; one whole BATHROOM with big bathtub, shower, double big sinks, plus washing machine; and a second toilet with sink, i.e. POWDER ROOM.

The yellow and blue provençal eat-in KITCHEN is simply gorgeous, and superbly equipped, dishwasher, refrigerator/lots of freezer space, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

The furniture is new and really beautiful and comfortable. 2 out of the 3 living room sofa seats are barcalounger recliners!!! Double bed mattress is tempurpedic. Windows are sound proof.

Apartment is totally furnished, except perhaps for linen, though there may be some. We also have a beautiful new Yamaha upright piano, television, VCR and hi-fi.

Convenient shopping rue de France, just behind building.

Various busses, plus transportation to airport practically at doorstep of building on Promenade; many other busses behind building on rue de France.

NO PETS, NO CHILDREN.

Monthly rent is basically 1400 euros per month plus utilities. However it is negotiable up/down depending on number of occupants, time of year and length of occupancy. High peak season summer rental only, July and/or August is 2300 euros per month.
