Fancy a home from home for weekends and holidays in a mountain village? Or perhaps you want a full-time base with a view? This is it.

I have been renting the apartment in my chalet for weekly holiday lets (both winter ski season and summer) and I can no longer manage. I'm looking for a long-term let, ideally minimum 12-month let but this is negotiable.

The apartment has its own entrance down some steps from the driveway and is on the lowest level of the chalet. It is fully furnished and equipped. I live part time in the upper part of the chalet.

The chalet is in a quiet position 500m from shops (open only in season) on walking/cycling tracks (cross-country ski tracks in winter) and it is just 3 minutes drive to ski slopes. The view is fabulous.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 4 - 6 people. It has its own garden and off-road parking available for 1 or 2 cars.

Price is negotiable depending what exactly you want included, how long you want it for and how you will use the apartment. Guideline: Euros 1000 per month + various charges (based on 12 months let - approx Euros 1200 all included). If you only want the apartment for say, the 4 months of the winter season, then price will be considerably higher, on the other hand, summer/off-season will be less.
