I ( the landlord) will be working oustside France from May and therefore I'm looking to sublet a bedroom in my flat for 3-12 months.

The flat is very well located and ideal for a stay in the city.
It has 2 bedrooms with a living room, bathroom ,kitchen, internet, phone, television. It is fully furnished and all cooking equipment is provided.

One bed-room is available; you will be sharing with Euan, a Scottish person who is staying in Paris for the summer to study french. He is very easygoing and tidy.

The flat is situated 100m from Park Monsouris, one of the most beautiful parks in Paris.

I am looking for someone straightforward, honest, preferably non-smoking (though not essential) to share. Rent will be 650E a month and as usual one month's deposit will also be required.

Close to restaurants, cafés, supermarket,tansports RER B and ligne 6
RER : B Cite Univercitaire (3min) access direct to CDG or Orly airport
Metro : ligne 6 (Glaciere) 5min, ligne 4 (Alesia) 10min
