This is a beautiful 45 meter square apartment, which has just been completely renovated and well equipped. It is on the 4th floor without a lift on a quiet courtyard. The area is very nice, there is a bakery at the corner of the building, bar lounge, supermarket, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.… and it is in full Montmartre, 5min from the Sacré Coeur.
