Paris 11 / edge with Paris 4 - metro Bastille - A fully furnished and equipped 1 bedroom apartment in Bastille with a lot of charm and sun, in a typical Parisian building on the 3rd floor with lift. Approx. 50 sq.mt / 538 sq.ft of living area, high ceilings.

The market value for this apartment is Euro 1,200 per month. I use this apartment approx. 1 week a month therefore I offer to rent it out for Euro 880 inclusive of charges. It is not a real flatshare as most of the time the tenant will have the whole flat for himself.

My current flatmate is about to leave and you can meet him (and me as well) to check this out.

I love this flat, it has a great Parisian feel, unobstructed views, in a great building. The Bastille market is just downstairs on Sunday, one of the best foodmarket in Paris. Le Marais is only five minutes walking distance.

I leave in London and use this flat as a base for my business in Paris. I would appreciate a professional tenant who needs a flat for few months between 3 and 9 months. Clean, responsible, but who can of course host friends and family time to time.

When I am here I will occupy the living room which one will be shared during the daytime when I am here.

There is a telephone/fax/printer/scanner/copier facility (tel. bill and cartridge not inclusive) and wifi connexion available with a monthly plan.

I am 31 year old boy and easy going and quite busy when I am in Paris. As I used to be a real Parisian, I can help a foreigner to get his bearings in this amazing city.

There are several velib stations steps away.

The flat is available from May 25.
